Domestic Return Policy: All sales are final after 7 days of customer receiving product/s.
Please note that all hand sanitizers, oils, yoga mat cleaners, face coverings, and face covering filters are not returnable due to health and sanitation concerns. No exceptions.
Pre-order product/s may also not be returned nor pre-orders be canceled once order confirmation is received.
Eligible product/s may be returned for a full refund within the 7 day period with the following requirements:
• shipping at Customer's expense
• 10% restocking fee
• returned in the original shipping container
• product/s must not show any damage or sign of use
Requests for returns or exchanges of any of our accessories must be reported within 7 days of receipt to customer service. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange returns/exchanges.
